This grade II listed 1650s farmhouse garden created in 1999 by owner and garden designer Alison Green is a delightful oasis for garden lovers and wildlife alike and extends to nearly 2 acres, a rare size in London.

Divided into several garden rooms it showcases different styles of design, including unusual and exotic plantings. Organic and wildlife-friendly it is a treat for wildlife and humans alike.

We will visit in the afternoon, meeting at 1.45pm at the garden where Alison will show us around followed my homemade tea and cake. The day is likely to finish at 5pm. The cost for the day is £20 per member.

The nearest station is Crews Hill on the Hertford North line and for those coming from London you can pick up the train at Highbury and Islington tube or Finchley Park.
