Broughton Grange, Oxfordshire

Tuesday 17 June 2025 – 11am start

The £41 fee includes entrance to the garden, head gardener’s guided tour, simple ploughman’s lunch (cheese selection), bottle of water, tea/coffee, and cake. Members will be free to wander round the gardens after lunch.

Three terraces contrast the structure and form of topiary with wild luxuriant herbaceous planting, softly framing a beautiful rural backdrop, designed by Tom Stuart-Smith in 2000. Middle gardens are a varied series including a parterre and rose walk, fountain garden and long borders. The woodland includes a peat terrace garden and stumpery as well as the arboretum and water meadow. The site was previously farmland.

The nearest train station is Banbury about 4 miles away.

Please note places will not be confirmed until full payment is made.

More details of the day will be provided approximately two weeks before the event.
