Green spaces in the City of London

This late-morning walk will include established gardens and public spaces as well as combinations of new gardens, landscape improvements and a wild-flower meadow. We will see a ruined church with beautiful planting, a hidden verdant courtyard, Postman’s Park with its Davidia involucrata (pocket handkerchief tree) which might still be in flower, and more. The guide is Tina Baxter, accredited by Official Guides to the City of London and the MPG organiser is Denise Lewis. Bookings and payments (£15 per person) must be made by noon on 4 May.
